📌 GENERAL
- I have the right to decline a commission beyond my capabilities
- BACKGROUND for STYLE A, B, and UNDERWATER EDITION is fixed
- 1 Character per canvas Only
- All ADD ONS to be discussed first (check VGEN for ADD ONS reference)
- Client to provide clear and high-quality references
- All PERSONAL INFORMATION like emails, names, and phone numbers is strictly CONFIDENTIAL
- Custom Designing is exclusive for CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGN SERVICE only📌 PAYMENTS for LOCAL (Gcash)
- 50% or FULL payment BEFORE the start of sketch
- Commission will proceed upon confirmed FULL payment after the client's sketch approval
- FULL payment for YCHs📌 PAYMENTS for INTERNATIONAL (Vgen and Paypal)
- FULL payment AFTER sketch approval
- FULL payment for SKEB type📌 REVISIONS
- Free MINOR revisions allowed on SKETCH stage
- No revisions allowed once SKETCH is approved
- No revision for YCHs📌 DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Willing to wait as I have other responsibilities, so kindly be considerate. I will update the commission progress regularly
- Generally takes 1 - 4 weeks per person
- I'll be declining the request for RUSH commission
- I will update the client for possible delays
- Final output to be received via GMAIL or VGEN📌 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS and USE
- Clearly state if it will be for Commercial Use (2-3x Original Price)
- Any commissioned piece for Personal Use isn't allowed for reselling or any means to make a profit off it
- Strictly no NFT
- Commissioned Piece is not allowed to be fed to any AI
- I'm allowed to post the final output and speed paint for advertising purposes
- Proper credit is a must when the client posts the commissioned artwork
- Claiming you made the commissioned piece is prohibited
- Do not steal, trace, copy, retouch, or edit my art📌 REFUNDS
- No REFUNDS/ CANCELLATION/ CHARGE-BACK once I start sketch unless I wasn't able to deliver the commissioned piece within the TAT📌 COMMUNICATION
